subpar service shower toiletries
i found SOME problems with the service. i tried calling reception multiple times. it was difficult to get someone to answer. the hotel also did not refill the toiletries in my shower . it IS annoying.

wide variety polite staff big window
The breakfast buffet included many choices. I remember the staff were very polite. The room had a big window and a lovely view. The wash room also contained everything I needed.
I tried calling reception multiple times, but no one ever answered.

The gym featured multiple treadmills. the breakfast offered fresh juice and pastries. The food was AMAZING!!!

limited gym poor breakfast
The gym felt very limited. I saw only a few treadmills. There were very light weights AVAILABLE. The top deck bar was not open. It's a shame. It was one of the reasons I booked the stay! Breakfast WAS disappointing. The scrambled eggs tasted like porridge.
